Knowledge, research and projects

Alongside my clinical practice, I develop projects that bring psychology closer through research, public engagement and the creation of useful, clear and accessible resources.

Consultation is the beginning of a path where knowledge, experiences and encounters can open new possibilities when they are shared.

Knowledge becomes valuable when it can improve people’s lives.

Alongside my clinical practice, I develop projects that bring psychology closer through research, public engagement and the creation of useful, clear and accessible resources.

Research and projects

  • Research

    Available

Research is a way to keep learning, ask better questions and offer increasingly well-grounded support.

My academic and research work has covered clinical psychology, neuropsychology, neuroscience, palliative care, grief, migration-related grief and intercultural adjustment. My current work includes migration, life changes, human relationships and mental health.

  • Books

    Available

Books allow me to accompany people beyond therapy.

Each book grows from questions that have emerged through years of clinical practice, research and personal experience. My intention is not to offer definitive answers, but to share resources that help people understand human processes and navigate change with greater clarity, autonomy and hope.

My editorial work includes Duelo migratorio: 12 características y 7 (+1) pérdidas, published in Spanish, the French edition Deuil migratoire : 12 caractéristiques et 7 (+1) pertes currently in preparation, and new projects in the Andón Method collection in development.

Each book is an invitation to continue learning, reflecting and building knowledge that can be useful in everyday life.

  • Andón Method

    In development

The Andón Method brings together years of clinical practice, research, writing and reflection on how people navigate change, loss and transformation.

It does not arise from a single theory, but from integrating different psychological perspectives with the experience gained through more than two decades of clinical support.

It is currently in development and continues to evolve through practice, research and editorial projects.

My aim is that, when it is ready, it can become a clear, accessible and useful framework for understanding human processes and supporting personal growth in a respectful, practical and deeply human way.

  • Café Psy

    Available

Café Psy brings psychology beyond the consulting room through approachable, judgement-free conversations.

In-person and online meetings address mental health, relationships, migration, wellbeing and everyday life.

  • Conferences and training

    Available

Sharing knowledge also means creating spaces for people to meet.

Throughout my career, I have taken part in conferences, workshops, academic activities and training for both professionals and the wider public, addressing mental health, migration, grief, intercultural adjustment and psychological wellbeing.

Each event creates an opportunity for dialogue, reflection and making psychology accessible in different settings through clear, evidence-based language.

I intend to continue creating spaces where knowledge can become a resource for growth, understanding and personal and collective transformation.

  • Resources

    Coming soon

I have learned that learning does not end when a session finishes.

I therefore develop resources that support continued reflection, understanding and the use of psychological tools in everyday life.

This area will bring together articles, guides, recommendations, downloadable materials and other resources designed to make psychology clear, practical and accessible.

My intention is for every resource to offer something useful, whether or not the person is in therapy.

A platform in constant evolution

Each project opens new questions, new research and new ways of sharing knowledge.

That is why this platform will continue to include books, resources, conferences and other learning spaces that reflect the evolution of my work and respond to the needs of the people I support.

More than a website, I want this space to become a living place where knowledge continues to grow, transform and find new ways to reach those who need it.

Each person who comes to consultation brings a unique story, a particular way of understanding the world and questions that deserve to be heard.

The books, research, conferences and projects I develop grow from many of those questions, from shared learning and from the wish for knowledge to travel beyond a therapy session.

If this space raises new questions, invites reflection or accompanies someone at an important moment in their life, then it will have fulfilled its purpose.
